These are just numbers. Ultimately I just wanna be happy. I’ve learned the past week that the number on the scale doesn’t mean anything to what you look like. If you workout as much as I do, you’re going to gain muscle weight which is slimmer than fat weight. I may be 146 atm but I feel myself getting slimmer. Even though the number on the scale doesn’t say so, you just know.
