Don’t get discouraged! Weight loss is NOT an overnight thing! Take the time and out in the effort. It may take a few months, but you will see results if you are commited!
This is helping me. I’ve been almost 3 weeks doing this healthy living, counting calories, working out and have seen NO results. -___- but I guess “just keep swimmin…”
