I crave sweets sometimes too! My best suggestion is go for a fruit. Slice some apples, eat a banana, peel an orange. Some strawberries would be nice too! Make yourself a fruit salad! Just don’t add sugar and stuff because that’ll defeat the point. Also check out the cookie isle and find a healthy choice. Don’t forget to read the labels. Hope that helped <3xo | |
